Your Breathwork360 experience is lovingly guided by Carmen Calhoun, a Spirit-filled woman of God devoted to bringing light, healing, and transformation into the lives of those she serves. As a Lightworker and an image bearer of the Living God, Carmen walks in divine purpose, creating sacred spaces where individuals can encounter breakthrough, renewal, and restoration.
Carmen is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki III trained practitioner, and NARM-certified in Trauma-Informed Care, bringing a wealth of expertise and compassionate care to her practice. Combining her professional training with deep spiritual insight and unwavering faith, she skillfully guides participants toward healing, wholeness, and alignment with their divine purpose.
Her Spirit-led approach invites individuals to release the burdens they carry, rediscover their inner light, and step confidently into the abundant life God has prepared for them.
Inspired by Hebrews 4:16—"Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need"—Carmen creates a sacred space where you can boldly seek healing and restoration in the presence of the Living God.
She draws further inspiration from the poetic wisdom of Rumi, who says, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” This profound reminder encourages us to embrace our brokenness as a doorway to healing, growth, and divine transformation.
